چکیده
Low-Level Laser therapy (LLLT) was employed for the treatment of three patients diagnosed with recurrent aphthous ulcers (RAU’s). The presented in region floor mouth and buccal mucosa. RAU’s were provided a wavelength of946nm starting use at 320µm fibre optic distance 1-3 mm, peak power 2W, frequency 10 Hz no tissue contact circular motion from outside to inside 2 cycles 100% duty 30s 3 consecutive days. LLLT made possible an effective improvement reduction pain size associated ulcers. It proved be safe cost management

Low-Level Laser Therapy in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers: A Systematic Review
Recurrent aphthous ulcers (RAUs) are the most common lesion found in the oral cavity. There is no definitive cure for RAUs and current treatments are aimed at minimizing symptoms. Since low-level laser therapy (LLLT) modulates inflammatory responses, and promotes pain reduction and cellular biostimulation, LLLT can be suggested as an alternative treatment for RAUs. The literature concerning the...

The aim of this study was to clinically assess the therapeutic effect of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) on chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) using a protocol we developed especially for the purpose. The study included 180 patients: group 1 (the study group) - 90 patients who received LLLT using a laser operating in the red spectrum (658 nm; in a non-contact mode; power output P = 27 m...

Background: Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is among the most common oral lesions and pain is often the chief complaint of patients. The main etiology of RAS is unknown but several predisposing factors have been suggested. This study aims to assess the correlation of blood types (ABO/Rh) with RAS. Methods: We conducted this prospective screening study on 50 patients with RAS and 50 controls...
